Thursday: 3:00pm – 6:30pm
Saturday: 8:30am - 12:00pm

PERSONAL TRAINING HOURS:
Monday - Friday: 6:00am - 6:00pm
Saturday: 7:00am - 12:00pm

We gladly accept cash, check, Visa, MC, Amex, Discover and most every insurance. We are happy to discuss any questions you may have regarding payment or insurance. It is our practice to review any costs with you as clearly as we can up front.
