Dr. Jason Fennema, DC, was born and raised in Kenosha, Wisconsin, but his connection to Chicago has been consistently clear. Today, Dr. Fennema devotes his professional life to the residents who seek Chicago chiropractic care at his clinic, Ravenswood Health Center. Dr. Jason Fennema, DC, offers cutting-edge, scientifically relevant techniques (Clinical Biomechanics of Posture), nutritional coaching and education, and personal training (on-site, NESTA-certified trainers).

After four years of undergraduate study at the University of Minnesota - where he received a B. A. in Sociology with an emphasis on societal health and illness - Dr. Jason Fennema, DC, moved to St. Louis to attend Logan College of Chiropractic. After four years of study, and over 4,300 hours of classroom and clinical participation, Dr. Fennema received his Doctor of Chiropractic (D.C.) degree. This accomplishment continues to be one of the highlights of Dr. Fennema's life.

Dr. Fennema's passion for spinal rehabilitation led him down a very important road. Upon graduation from Logan College, Dr. Fennema spent his post-doctoral fellowship with the most published, researched scientific approach today: the Clinical Biomechanics of Posture (CBP). Only 15 doctors in the entire state of Illinois hold this honor.

When not working at Ravenswood Health Center, Dr. Jason Fennema, DC, enjoys spending time within the community; he is an educator and a life coach. He freely donates his time to local schools, health organizations, and businesses. When not practicing chiropractic, Dr. Fennema enjoys spending time with Erin, his wife, and their dog, Marley. In addition to his dedication to Ravenswood Health Center, Dr. Fennema maintains an active lifestyle, relinquishing himself to “weekend warrior status.”He wishes there were more mountains to ski around Chicago, but still manages to play basketball and golf in his free time. His ultimate athletic goal is to train, and run, the Chicago Marathon.
